Retail Stock Items
If the items you ordered are in stock, we aim to despatch them by the next business day. Standard delivery within the UK is usually between 1 and 3 days using First Class Recorded Delivery. International orders are generally received in 7 to 10 days.
If your item is not in stock, we advise you by email and give you the estimated delivery time or replenishment stock if applicable. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Postage and packaging is charged at the rates detailed in the checkout section of this website.
Customised Team Items
Customised items are subject to delivery times as detailed below. Please note that using the Teamroom online facility may alter these lead times.
JL Lycra Kit: Approx 4-5 weeks
JL Outerwear: Approx 6 weeks
Crewroom Technical Kit: Approx 6 weeks
Crewroom Casual Kit: Approx 4 weeks
NB: Orders that require new artwork - we create artwork based on the specifications you have provided and then email this to you for approval. Delays in this process may delay your order.
Due to the variables inherent in custom manufacturing, all delivery dates quoted are estimates & cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping will be charged at 50p per item with minimum charge of £17.00 on all custom orders.
If using the Teamroom facility there is a £3.50 charge per order which covers bulk delivery, processing individual card payments and the picking and packing of indiviudal orders.
