Smokin' new Charcoal shirt

Having started life in the rowing market (one of the first sports to get men into Lycra), the UK-based company Crewroom is now expanding into triathlon.

The 13,000 of you  who entered  London's Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon will be familiar with the brand's Bamboo Charcoal running shirt, as this was given out to all competitors. Tying in with the event's sustainability theme, the top is produced from this fast growing and naturally regenerative plant, all without the use of pesticides and fertilizers.

Priced at £25 (Bamboo Running Shirt) the breathable shirt is part of a new range of Crewroom products that include caps  and compression wear.
