Crewroom is a UK company that started life making technical apparel for rowers, another sport that got men into Lycra.
This technical garment joins a recent trend for earth-friendly construction techniques by using "Bamboo Charcoal" in its makeup. Not only is bamboo grown without the need for pesticides and fertiliser, it needs little water and is naturally regenerative, so is a totally sustainable source. What's more, its dried, carbonised particles, once woven into a garment, are moisture wicking, extreamly breathable, anti-microbial and very durable, so ticking all the boxes for a good quality base layer.
We are all for green products and it will do minimal harm to your wallet too at a very cheap £25, male or female.
