Baz is an exercise academic (MSc Sport & Ex Science) and elite athlete. It was a long hard slog for her to recognise her sporting potential but she did it through hard work and determination and made the GB Rowing squad, winning medals at numerous World Cups and the 2007 World Championships. 

Most recently, Baz joined forces with Olympian and trained physiotherapist Carla Ashford to start a new company – Point2Fitness – a personal training company based in Putney and the City, specialising in core stability, free weights training and rowing specific training programmes.
