Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Stock Items

If the items you ordered are in stock, we aim to despatch them by the next business day. Standard delivery within the UK is then an additional 3 to 5 days. International orders are generally received in 7 to 10 days.

If your item is not in stock, we will order it from our suppliers straight away and promise to email you with the estimated delivery time. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Postage and packaging is charged at the rates detailed in the checkout section of this website.

Customised Items

Customised items are subject to delivery times as detailed below:

JL Lycra Kit: Approx 4-5 weeks
JL Outerwear: Approx 6 weeks
Boathouse Kit: Approx 6 weeks
Crewroom Technical Kit: Approx 6-8 weeks
Crewroom Casual Kit: Approx 3-4 weeks

NB: Orders that require new artwork - we create artwork based on the specifications you have provided and then email this to you for approval. Delays in this process may delay your order.
DUE TO THE VARIABLES INHERENT IN CUSTOM MANUFACTURING, ALL DELIVERY DATES QUOTED ARE ESTIMATES & CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

Shipping will be charged at 50p per item with minimum charge of £6.00 on all orders.
