Returning Goods

Retail Stock Items


At Crewroom we endeavour to make shopping with us as pleasurable and easy as possible. However, we know you may occasionally need to return unworn items.


Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of stock items within a seven day cooling-off period. Please note, custom-made products are subject to a different returns policy - see 'Customised Team Items' below.

 

To cancel a stock order that has not yet been dispatched by us, please contact us immediately on enquiries@crewroom.biz or call 020 8877 3888 .


To return an unwanted stock order and cancel your contract, please package the relevant item securely, in its original condition, and send it to us, with a note giving the reason for the return as 'Contract cancellation', so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Once we receive notice of your cancellation of the order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item as soon as possible.

 

To return a faulty or damaged item, please package it securely, in its original condition, and send it to us, with a note outlining the problem.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item at your cost.  For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

 

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.

Customised Team Items

Once orders have been confirmed for custom made garments they may not be cancelled. Please ensure your choices are correct before you place your order. 

Any errors, defects or shortages need to be notified to Crewroom within seven days of receipt of goods. If there is an error as a result of Crewroom's mistake we will correct it.

NB: Returned garments must be laundered and clean. Soiled garments will be returned to customers without repair.
